Our Fitness Center is equipped with plate-loaded Hammer Strength equipment, Cybex machines, dumbbell sets that range from 5lbs – 150 lbs., deadlift stations, dock and lock systems, cables, squat racks, and more!


For those looking to increase their cardiovascular health, we have LifeFitness treadmills, Cybex Arc Trainers, Spin Bikes, Rowers, Stair Climbers and more! With 24/7 access, you will never get tired of the seemingly endless options to increase your overall health and wellness!

FITNESS CLASSES

Looking to change up your fitness routine? Our facility offers over 50 fitness classes per week!


We boast 15 different class types with something for everyone! The class schedule includes a wide variety of cardiovascular training, strength training, high-intensity interval training, cycle, dance-based fitness, senior classes, and yoga.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our personal trainers will design workouts tailored to your unique fitness goals. If you are looking for nutritional advice, sport-specific training, or strength training for general fitness, our personal trainers are here for you. Choose between one-on-one training or small group training.


One-on-one personal training creates a more individualized setting, allowing the trainer to fully cater to your specific goals and fitness needs. Small group training can accommodate a maximum of four participants per session and is a great way to reach your goals with the added comradery from working as a group.

More personalized than an equipment orientation, fitness orientations provide you with baseline body measurements, target heart-rate zones, and guidance for personal fitness based on age, gender, and medical history.
