Thank you for considering membership at CWAC. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Discounts:

Active military, veterans, and seniors 55 years old & older are eligible for a 10% monthly discount on their membership fee. This discount does not apply to the Super Senior rate.

Active college students can obtain a no-contract individual monthly membership for only $53 a month. Valid with college ID and email address. $50 enrollment fee is required. 

Enrollment Fee:

All 12-month term and month-to-month memberships have a $50 enrollment fee.

Members can save the $50 enrollment fee by paying in full for a 12-month membership.

Paid-in-Full Memberships:

12-month paid-in-full memberships come with an extra month for free. No enrollment fee. 

CWAC Membership Benefits:

CWAC memberships include 24/7 fitness access, indoor walking track, basketball gymnasium, showers, lockers, dry sauna, indoor pool, spa, all fitness classes including water aerobics, childcare (family memberships), one free personal training session, and free Fitness Consultation and Equipment Orientation!

The Wild Water park is not included in the CWAC membership. Please visit www.wildwatercullman.com for information on Wild Water.

Cancellation Policy:

Month-to-Month Membership can be canceled at any time requiring a 30-day notice. A cancellation form must be signed at the front desk. No refunds will be given.

12-month Membership will continue month-to-month on an auto-renewal basis until canceled.  A cancellation form must be signed at the front desk. A 30-day notice is required and 12 month term must be fulfilled before a cancellation is permitted. 

No Refund for Paid-In-Full Memberships. Paid-in-Full Memberships do not require a signed cancellation form. The membership will terminate at the end of the 12-month term. 

By joining CWAC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. CWAC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email, posted on the CWAC website, or a letter will be mailed.
