A low-impact class is performed in shallow water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class incorporates cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts.
Fit360 combines a variety of high-intensity interval training, circuit training, and functional training in a fun and positive team environment. Our personal trainers will design workouts tailored to your unique fitness goals. If you are looking for nutritional advice, sport-specific training, or strength training for general fitness, our personal trainers are here for you. Choose between one-on-one training or small group training.
One-on-one personal training creates a more individualized setting, allowing the trainer to fully cater to your specific goals and fitness needs. Small group training can accommodate a maximum of four participants per session and is a great way to reach your goals with the added comradery from working as a group.
