Our personal trainers will design workouts tailored to your unique fitness goals. If you are looking for nutritional advice, sport specific training, strength training for general fitness our personal trainers are here for you. Choose between one-on-one training or small group training.

One-on-One personal training creates a more individualized setting, allowing the trainer to fully cater to your specific goals and fitness needs. Small Group training can adapted to accommodate a maximum of 4 participants per session and is a great way to reach your goals with the added comradery of working as a group.

    Experience – 17 years

    Internal Fitness Certified. Former Alabama Lightweight Champion 2007 and 2008. Achieved the highest level of female body building when named Miss Alabama Body Building Champion in 2009. Specializes in body building programs, strength training, sport-specific training, and nutrition.

    Experience – 20+ years

    Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA) Certified. Specializes in sport-specific training, rehabilitative strength and stretching, nutrition coaching, and meal plans.

    Jeremy Myrick

    Experience – 4 years

    National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified. Specializes in the sport of powerlifting and barbell movements alongside helping individuals build muscle and strength for the sport of life.

    American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Physiologist. Graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Kinesiology. Specializes in finding appropriate fitness routine for an individual’s specific needs, age, and ability. Creates programs with well-rounded focus of cardiovascular training, strength training, and flexibility training. Strives to educate clients on the positive benefits of physical activity and the role it plays in improving overall physical health, mental health, and wellness.

    American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Physiologist. Graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Kinesiology. Strives to educate clients, help them obtain positive behavior change, and create lifelong healthy habits for their specific age and ability. Provides clients with programming that includes a variety of high-intensity interval training, weight training, and improved mobility.

    Graduate of Athens State University with a bachelor’s degree in Health & Wellness Management. Graduate of Jacksonville State University with a master’s degree in Human Performance. Specializes in training clients of all age groups based on individual need, abilities, and client goals. Emphasis on strength training and overall mobility to encourage muscle building and fat loss for the purpose of helping individuals achieve his/her strongest and healthiest body possible. Goal of educating clients on the importance of proper strength training, general physical activity, and nutrition to promote improved self-confidence and quality of life.
