Fit360 combines a variety of high-intensity interval training, circuit training, and functional training in a fun and positive team environment. Fit360 uses the methodology of interval-style cardiovascular exercise and strength training that have been proven as an effective method of burning fat and building lean muscle.
We are a 360 approach that allows each individual to focus on their overall physical fitness, mental health, and wellness!
Classes are offered at various times Monday through Friday with the opportunity to utilize the Fit30 room at designated open gym times.
Fit360 is offered as a free class to all CWAC members!
