We boast 15 different class types with something for everyone! The class schedule includes a wide variety of cardiovascular training, strength training, high-intensity interval training, cycle, dance-based fitness, senior classes, and yoga.

Fitness Consultation

A more personalized experience than an equipment orientation, fitness orientations will provide you with baseline body measurements, target heart rate zones, and guidance for personal fitness goals based on age, gender, and medical history.

We will help you establish a game plan for your fitness goals and make sure you are getting the most out of your membership!
